Crosland collaborates with Celebration Associates LLC, a leading advisor and developer of mixed-use, master planned communities in the Southeast. While best known for their traditional neighborhood type of developments, Celebration Associates and Crosland are jointly developing Homestead Preserve in Hot Springs, Virginia, a conservation-based resort home community surrounding the historic Homestead Resort. They are also collaborating on another conservation-based community in 20 minutes from Charlottesville in Albemarle County, Virginia called Bundoran Farm which is 2,300 acres and is certified by Audubon International's Gold Signature Cooperative Sanctuary Program. The companies are also working in cooperation with CNL Properties and National Resort Management Group on the redevelopment of the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods Resort, New Hampshire and the development of second-homes surrounding the property.

Based in Hot Springs, VA, with operations in North Carolina and South Carolina, Celebration Associates was founded by former Disney executives who oversaw development of the Town of Celebration near Orlando, FL, built by The Walt Disney Company.
