William A. Hodges is President of LKW Development LLC, a North Carolina general contractor and custom homebuilder in Charlotte.

Hodges retired from Banc of America Securities in 2005, having served as head of Debt Capital Markets. Hodges
career at Bank of America started at NCNB in Charlotte in 1972, and included assignments as Credit Executive for NCNB-Florida, President of NationsBank in Greater Washington, D.C., and Head of Global Real Estate Finance for Banc of America Securities.

A Charlotte native, Hodges holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in finance from Georgia State University.
