Professional Experience
Ronni directs human capital strategies and marketing programs for Crosland. In leading strategic plan initiatives for organization and talent development, she oversees information technology, training, human resources, marketing, public relations and administrative functions. Ronni seeks to strengthen the organization by implementing strategies that build on Crosland's commitment to attracting and retaining talent. Her initiatives impact our associates, as well as clients, partners and the community.

Before joining Crosland, Ronni was Senior Vice President of Creative Management and Human Resources for Walt Disney Imagineering. This organization is responsible for concept design and delivery of all attractions, hotels, cruise ships and retail and entertainment venues for the theme park and resorts segment of the Walt Disney Company. Reporting to the President and Vice Chairman, Ronni led the creative management and human resources teams worldwide, which support the 2,000-person Imagineering organization.

She has held executive positions focused on organization strategy, talent development and human resources for Disney Development Company where she was a key leader in the business roll-out of Disney Vacation Club, the Disney Institute and the Town of Celebration, Fla. Ronni began her career with Lord and Taylor, where she was responsible for branch staffing during U.S. expansion. She also served as Manager of Labor and Industrial Relations for Time Warner.
