Since 1998 Professional Experience
As President of Crosland Residential, David manages the daily operations of the multi-family division and works with the division's senior management team in establishing and implementing new strategic goals and initiatives. The Residential Division concentrates on developing luxury for-rent and for-sale infill and mixed-use housing, property management, tax-credit housing, renovations, and acquisitions throughout the Southeast. David joined Crosland in 1998 to help develop Birkdale Village before opening the company's first regional office in Raleigh, North Carolina. David moved back to Charlotte, NC in 2007 to continue to expand the company's emphasis on developing high quality suburban, urban, and mixed-used residential communities. Prior to joining Crosland, David practiced residential and commercial architecture in Michigan.
