Crosland Retail Promotes Susan S. McGuire To Vice President

Crosland Retail, a division of The Crosland Group, Inc., has promoted Susan S. McGuire of Monroe to Vice President of Retail Operations.

In announcing the promotion today, Crosland Retail President Steve Vermillion said, “In her new position she will be responsible for the operations of all the Crosland Retail properties. She has earned the additional responsibility through her dedication and hard work.”

McGuire joined Crosland Retail in 1995 as Senior Property Manager/Leasing Agent. Crosland Retail develops and manages over 2.6 million square feet of neighborhood, power and specialty centers in North Carolina. Prior to joining Crosland, she was Property Manager/Marketing Director at Windsor Square Shopping Center for the L & B Group of Dallas, Texas.

McGuire holds real estate broker licenses from North Carolina and South Carolina. She is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and the Broker In Charge for Crosland Retail. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the North Carolina Council of Shopping Centers. McGuire is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte’s Class XXI.
