Crosland’s Apartments Division Earns CEL National Multifamily Real Estate Customer Service Award For Second Consecutive YearCrosland Repeats As One Of Only Four In The U.S. To Earn Coveted AwardCharlotte, N.C. (May 24, 2002) -
In a display of impressive consistency, Crosland’s apartments division has once
again taken top honors in the CEL National Multifamily Customer Service Award
for Excellence. Crosland earned this recognition based on survey
data collected by Los Angeles-based CEL & Associates, the nation’s largest surveyor of resident
satisfaction within the multifamily industry.
The National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence was created to recognize those companies
whose management performance and commitment to the highest level and quality of
service are considered to be the best in the industry. Also called the “A List”
Award, this honor is bestowed on those real estate firms that achieve the
highest levels of customer satisfaction.
As an “A List” winner, Crosland will be featured in trade journals as well as have the right to
use the "A List" Award logo (see available link) in advertising and marketing
initiatives.
Crosland took the top national
honor in Level III (designated for companies with 10 to 25 properties). There
are four award categories based on portfolio size, type of firm, and product
specialization. Over 3,000 multifamily properties, encompassing nearly 700,000
residential units, participated in CEL’s 2001 survey program.

important, since it confirms that we are delivering a high level of customer
