Crosland Sells Industrial Parcel at Poplar Point Business Park

Charlotte, NC (September, 2002) - Geneand Lou Etta Collins purchased a 5.94 acre industrial parcel for $415,590 at Crosland's Poplar Point Business Park. They will operate Poplar Point Self Storage, a self storage warehousing facility at the location. Poplar Point Business Park is a 105 acre business park located on I-85 & Poplar Tent Road in Concord, N.C. Dwayne Alexander of Rhyne, Alexander, Mattox Realty represented the buyer.
