Crosland sells convenience store to Mark Oil

Mark Oil Company, Inc. has purchased a convenience store site at Crosland’s Mountain Island Village in Charlotte, N.C. Mountain Island Village is a 14 acre mixed-use development modeled after a traditional Nantucket Village. It is located at the southwest corner of the Hwy 16 and Rozzelles Ferry Road intersection. Plans for the project include an 18,000 s.f. Public Library, Vinnie’s Restaurant, Daycare Center and 50,000 s.f. of specialty retail and office space.
