estate companies, announces it has received the National Multifamily Customer Service
Award for Excellence from Los Angeles-based CEL & Associates, the nation’s
largest surveyor of tenant satisfaction within the multifamily real estate industry.
The award was created to recognize and honor those real estate companies
whose management performance and commitment to quality of service are considered to be
"best in the industry." Also called the "A List," award recipients are those real estate firms achieving the
highest level and quality of service as rated by their tenants.

In 2002, over 3,500 multifamily properties, encompassing nearly 800,000 units,
participated in the "A List" Award program. Tenants from these properties were
