The Knox Group and the Knox Law Firm have signed a lease at Birkdale Village, March 03,2003

Charlotte, N.C. (March 2003) - The Knox Group and the Knox Law Firm have signed a lease for 1,950 s.f. in the Professional Office Building at Birkdale Village, Huntersville, N.C. The space will be used for real estate and legal offices. Charles Knox represented the Tenant; and Eric Vargosko and Marika Kalogerakis represented Crosland in the transaction.

Birkdale Village is a Main Street lifestyle shopping center unique to the Carolinas. It brings urban village lifestyles to a suburban setting. Three hundred deluxe apartment homes along with offices are situated above 285,000 square feet of retail shops along the Village's Main Street. Near popular Lake Norman, Birkdale Village has the architectural feel of New England seacoast towns. The $90 million project is a joint development venture of Crosland and Pappas Properties.
