Crosland Announces Expansion of Camfield Corners

New Shops to Open in April of 2003

Charlotte,N.C. (December 13, 2002) - Crosland, one of the Southeast's leading, diversified, privately held real estate companies, announces the expansion of Camfield Corners. The shopping center is located at the corner of Elm Lane and Camfield Street and serves the Ballantyne community and other south Charlotte neighborhoods.

Situated on a two-acre parcel, the project will add 17,654 square feet to the current center's 52,280 square feet. Work is underway with space to be ready in April of 2003. Tire Kingdom is the lead tenant and is scheduled to open in May of 2003.

According to Crosland leasing associate Ryan Preston, "Available space in this expansion ranges from 1,400 to 4,554 square feet. "We are identifying prospective tenants who will address the growing retail needs of this fast-growing submarket."

Camfield Corners is anchored by a 42,680-square foot Bi-Lo. Other current tenants include Nail 2, Lotus Cuisine, Steps 'N Motion, Papa John's Pizza, Great Clips and Alpine Cleaners.
