Kids R Kids to Open Center at Austin Village

Charlotte, N.C. – September 1, 2004 - TAG Creations, LLC has purchased 2.127 acres at Crosland’s Austin Village (sales price $412,700). The location will be the site of “Kids R Kids” a child-learning center.

Austin Village is a 100-acre mixed-use development just off of I-485 at the intersection of Potter’s Road and Chestnut Lane in Indian Trail. This mixed-use development is in an ideal location, being one of the only sites commercially zoned in the area. At the center of the property is a village green with offices, shops and restaurants. Austin Village is planned to have 375,000 square feet of retail, medical, and professional office space, and forty acres has been reserved for future residential development.
