Crosland earns the ranking of the twenty-first largest Charlotte area General Contractor

Charlotte, N.C., July 2, 2004 - The Charlotte Business Journal recently released the list of the Top 25 Area General Contractors. The list was ranked by the companies' 2003 local billings. Crosland's Contracting division was ranked #21, held steady at last year's ranking. They were the only company who cited wood frame construction as a specialty. They also are the smallest company in number of employees (24) which speaks to their efficiency and project management skills.

Recent notable projects were Birkdale Village, Arbor Glen II, The Park at Oaklawn and Rocky Branch II. The division is led by Gregg Hendershot and had billings of $25.6 Million and contracts of $37.3 Million awarded to them in 2003.
