Childcare Center Planned for Poplar Point

Charlotte, NC, March 22, 2005 - Andrew Drucker purchased a 2.39 acre out parcel in front of the Poplar Woods subdivision adjacent to Crosland's Poplar Point Business Park (sales price $215,100). The location will be the site of a childcare facility.

Poplar Point Business Park is a 105-acre business park located on I-85 & Poplar Tent Road in Concord, N.C. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller, Poplar Point Associates (a Crosland development), in this transaction.
