Longhorn to Open Corporate Office at Brookfield South

Charlotte, N.C. May 3, 2005 - Longhorn Holdings, LLC has acquired a 4-acre site (sales price $460,000) at Crosland’s Brookfield South. The site will be the new location for their corporate office and training facility.

The Brookfield South office project is a 55-acre business park located on I-385 and Butler Road in Greenville, SC. Ken Chapman of Merrifield Partners is the project developer. Ron Johnson of Carolina Resources/Carolina Holdings represented Crosland and Chris Covington of Covington Commercial Realty represented Longhorn Holdings, LLC in this transaction.
