Office Condos Purchased at Old Hickory Business Park

Charlotte, N.C., May 9, 2005 - Pyramid Investments, LLC has purchased four fully occupied office/warehouse condominiums from McElroy Properties at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland development. Pyramid Investments, LLC acquired these properties for investment purposes.

The 225-acre business park developed by Crosland is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller, McElroy Properties, in this transaction.
