|  | ![]() | Monteith Enterprises Purchases Two Sites at Old Hickory Business ParkCharlotte, NC, November 4, 2005 Monteith Enterprises has purchased two sites – 2.227 acres (sales price $244,970) and 1.965 acres (sales price $127,725) at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners.
The location will be the site of speculative showroom-warehouse and office-warehouse for lease or purchase. The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in these transactions.
