|  |  | Distribution Center to Call Business Park HomeCharlotte, NC June 23, 2006 - Keller Building Products has purchased a 7-acre parcel (sales price $385,000) at Caldwell Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The site will be the location of Keller Building Products’ new 60,000 s.f. office & distribution center.
Caldwell Business Park is a 50-acre light industrial park at Caldwell Road and NC 49 in Harrisburg, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented Crosland and Norman Walters of The Keith Corporation represented the Buyer in this transaction.
