Crosland to Develop Neighborhood Shopping Center in Polk CountyPOLK COUNTY, Fla., Jan. 7, 2008 – Crosland LLC, one of the Southeast’s leading diversified real estate firms, has announced plans to develop Davenport Marketplace, an 11.23-acre neighborhood shopping center located at US-27 and County Road 547 in Davenport, Fla.
