Two National Retailers to Join Richmond Centre

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 9, 2008 – Two national retailers have signed on to join Richmond Centre, soon to be one of the largest retail destinations of its kind in Kentucky. Goody’s Family Clothing and Rack Room Shoes will join previously announced anchors for the center, Meijer, Belk, JCPenney, Cinemark Theatre and The Home Depot. Goody’s and Rack Room are slated to open fourth quarter of 2008.

“We are excited to add these two well-known national retailers to our portfolio of stores and entertainment venues at Richmond Centre,” said Charles Thrift, senior leasing associate for Crosland. “We anticipate announcing many more national and local retailers, shops, services and restaurants over the coming months.”

Goody’s Family Clothing (25,240 square feet) is a moderately priced family apparel retailer. The store will target value-conscious customers and promises to provide a broad selection of merchandise featuring labels such as Adidas, Carter’s, Dockers, Duck Head, Lee, Levi’s, Mudd, Nike, Reebok, Requirements, Sag Harbor, Norton McNaughton, U.S. Polo Association, and Zana-Di.
