Brixx Pizza to Join Growing Retail Group

Asheville, N.C., April 8, 2008 – Crosland LLC, one of the Southeast’s leading, diversified real estate companies, and joint-venture partner Biltmore Farms LLC will soon welcome Brixx Pizza to its dynamic mixed-use project known as Biltmore Park® Town Square.

With 10 existing locations across North and South Carolina, Brixx is a neighborhood restaurant known for its wood-fired pizzas that are served straight from the oven. Other menu items include one-of-a-kind sandwiches, pastas, salads and desserts. The Brixx name is a playful reference to the eatery’s signature brick oven as well as a term used for measuring the sugar content of grapes—an appropriate choice given the restaurant’s selection of 14 wines by the glass and 25 beers on tap.

The restaurant will occupy a 3,874-square-foot space in Biltmore Park Town Square. This high-profile location places Brixx in the center of the affluent, fast-growing south Asheville area. Every year, 8.4. million tourists visit Asheville, drawn to the city’s vibrant cultural scene and scenic mountain beauty. The area currently boasts 400,000 residents, all of them living within the Biltmore Park® Town Square regional trade area.

Brixx will serve lunch and dinner daily with drink specials throughout the week including half-priced bottles of wine on Sundays.
