Tenure with Crosland: Since May 2004

As Vice President of Operations, Adam oversees the property management team, which manages Crosland's multifamily portfolio. His 121-person team manages Crosland’s multi-family portfolio, which currently consists of approximately 30 properties, with around 5,000 units. Ford is concentrating on continuing to improve customer service and processes throughout Crosland’s diverse apartment communities.

Ford is also responsible for the division's existing project financing, acquisition strategy and execution.

Prior to joining Crosland, Ford worked with management consulting firm Bain & Company in Atlanta, where he provided strategic counsel to clients in a variety of industries. He also worked for six years as an executive in customer business development for Procter & Gamble.
