Tenure with Crosland: Since 2001 Professional ExperienceCraig came to us after working a year as a project manager with Niblock Homes, seven years with Centex Homes as a project and estimating manager, and five years with Pulte Home Corporation as a project manager. Other experience includes VP of construction for Dimucci Development in Chicago and project manager with The Satter Companies of New England, building ski condos in Mount Washington Valley.
Early in his career he worked as a superintendent for a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation in South Florida building high production single and multi-family homes, as well as a strip shopping center, warehouses, and carpentry on high-rise condominiums. At Crosland, Craig has completed 5 multi-family (for sale) projects, which include Mallard Square, Hawthorne Court, Scots Hill (First Phase), Kensington Court, Tivoli, and the Cargo Kids up-fit, which totaled over 28 million in sales, for both third party and Crosland. He was responsible for the conceptual bidding, estimating, owner and subcontractor contracts, overseeing all construction, as well as the buyer warranty in each project.
