Professional Experience
Adam joins Crosland after serving as a project manager with Ellis Denning Construction and Development as well as The Holladay Corporation in Washington, D.C. At both companies, he was responsible for the construction of urban infill, mixed-use condominiums and apartments. He also managed Brownfields Program land development and HUD-funded affordable housing projects. Prior to that, Adam was an Operations Manager with The Stanley Martin Company, a semi-custom and production homebuilder. At Stanley Martin, he was responsible for the delivery of over 150 homes per year. This experience built upon his work at the Craftmark Group, where he served as a superintendent providing field management on condominium projects in Montgomery County, MD. Adam’s professional profile is complemented by his previous experience in commercial appraising and lending.
