Devin Steele joins Crosland as Assistant Project Manager

Raleigh, N.C., February 11, 2008 – Crosland, one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has named Devin Steele as an assistant project manager in its Raleigh office. Steele is currently working on a number of Crosland’s luxury residential projects in the Triangle area including The Residences at the Arboretum in Cary and The Tucker in downtown Raleigh.

Steele previously worked as a commercial assistant project manager for Choate Construction and as a residential project manager with Tall House Building Company, both located in Raleigh. With these companies, Steele was responsible for the construction of mid-rise Class A office space, clinical research facilities and high-end single family homes.

Steele is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in both urban planning and biology.

Crosland employs 75 people in the Raleigh-Durham market and currently has more than 1,400 multi-family units in the development pipeline, 750,000 square feet of retail space and six single-family communities that include 3,000 residential lots purchased or under contract.
