The Presbyterian Homes, Inc. owns this 59-cottage complex being built in Asheville, NC.

River Pointe

This student housing project constructed for the Triton Properties Group, is located in Greenville, NC. River Pointe Village will include student apartments and a clubhouse that will feature a fitness center, game room, business center and study hall.

Southpoint Village

This 289-unit project located in Durham, NC, is being built for the Crosland Apartments division. One of the unique aspects of this property will be a 3.5 story, 55-unit clubhouse that will surround a private resident courtyard and garden. Completion is scheduled for 2006.

Rocky Branch

Construction has begun on this 192-unit project being built
by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership in partnership with HUD. The purpose of this upscale development is to provide a mixed income community with a top quality amenity package. One hundred of the units will be available to median income families and ninety-two units will be market-rate.

Arbor Glen II

Crosland is lead developer, general contractor, and manager for this 91-unit affordable housing project located in Charlotte, NC. Combining HOPE VI, federal and state tax credits and a City of Charlotte Infrastructure loan, this project rejuvenates the former Dalton Village a public housing community originally built around 1970.  
 

Oberlin Court

This upscale infill project located in Raleigh, NC, was constructed for Crosland's Apartments division. Consisting of 261-units and some small shop space, the project was completed in 2006. You can learn more about Oberlin Court on www.oberlincourt.com.

Tyvola Crossing

Another project for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership, this 80-unit apartment complex is scheduled for completion in January 2005.
