The Discovery Center represents two of Longleaf’s future homes, complete with a realistic looking streetscape, with landscaped walkway and porch. Inside, comfortable furnishings, polished hardwood floors and a Longleaf presentation table welcome guests and makes them feel as if they’re in a private home.
Neighborhoods III and IV at Longleaf will feature James Hardie lapboard siding which combines the natural beauty and look of wood siding with state-of-the-art technology and low maintenance of fiber cement. It can be painted and resists rotting, cracking, and damage from rain, hail and flying debris. James Hardie siding is non-combustible and offers a limited warranty of up to 50 years.
