Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.until 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 5 p.m. For sales information call (727) 372-4663.
“Our Discovery Center is more than an information center, it’s a place where potential homeowners can “discover” and explore a new lifestyle in Pasco County. Our neighborhoods will be more like Old Hyde Park, with a variety of architectural styles including colonial, Louisiana French, Classical, Victorian and Craftsman,” said Crosland Florida President, and former president of Disney-owned Celebration, Perry Reader. “The Discovery Center will give homebuyers an effective preview of a TND neighborhood lifestyle”. The Discovery Center represents two of Longleaf’s future homes, complete with a realistic looking streetscape, with landscaped walkway and porch. Inside, comfortable furnishings, polished hardwood floors and a Longleaf presentation table welcome guests and makes them feel as if they’re in a private home.
Neighborhoods III and IV at Longleaf will feature James Hardie lapboard siding which combines the natural beauty and look of wood siding with state-of-the-art technology and low maintenance of fiber cement. It can be painted and resists rotting, cracking, and damage from rain, hail and flying debris. James Hardie siding is non-combustible and offers a limited warranty of up to 50 years.
