At Crosland we are committed to giving back to our community. Whether you are at one of the many local Chamber of Commerce meetings, the Triangle Home Builders Association or a meeting with the Triangle Apartment Association you will more than likely meet one of the many Crosland team members.
It is our firm commitment to give back to the community in which we live and work; this is why we encourage all of our team to volunteer their free time to various worthy organizations in the Triangle area.

Affordable Housing
Crosland’s roots started with residential development over 70 years ago. Providing affordable residential opportunities has been a long time commitment of both the Crosland family and the organization. In the Triangle we serve on the Affordable Housing Equity (CAHEC) Advisory Board and Housing for New Hope Board of Directors.
Non-Profits
Being active members of our communities, we volunteer for a variety of causes. From Raleigh Meals on Wheels to the NC Museum of Art to hosting social programs at the Chatham Creek Rest Home in Cary.
Professional Organizations
At Crosland, stewardship is a prominent part of our daily business life. As developers, we uphold our industry’s pledge to be good stewards of the land. We are members of the American Institute of Architects, the Triangle Apartment Association, the Triangle ICSC, the Home Builders Association of Wake, Durham and Orange Counties, the Triangle Community Coalition, the Triangle Land Conservancy, and the Urban Land Institute. These affiliations help us best define and implement socially responsible development plans.
