Tenure with Crosland: Since 2002

In his role as Vice President of Retail Construction, David Smith manages design and construction of ventures for Crosland’s Retail division. For 12 years, he served in a similar position for Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, Florida where he managed design and construction of several, highly themed, multi-million dollar resorts. Prior to joining Disney, David worked for three general contractors in the states of Florida and Arizona area building hospitals, prisons, educational facilities and resorts.
