Professional Experience
As a Project Executive, Chris focuses specifically on managing Crosland’s complex multi- and mixed-use development projects. With an emphasis on construction and financial issues, Chris performs the integration of multiple Crosland divisions and joint venture partners unique to mixed-use development. From site selection, through leasing and construction, and on through disposition, Chris is the first point of contact for everything related to a particular mixed-use project. Chris began his career serving as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army. He then was a civil engineer and project manager for Parsons Corporation in Atlanta, leading airport construction projects throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Crosland, he was a Senior Associate with Trammell Crow Company, where he directed operations of their national project management platform.
