Professional Experience
As Director of Leasing of the Retail Division, Ryan Preston is responsible for managing the Leasing Team and overseeing all leasing activity and out parcel disposition throughout the Southeast. His scope of responsibility also includes junior anchor leasing assignments for select projects. In 1998, he joined Crosland to lease the portfolio of existing properties portfolio and within a year began leasing new developments and marketing outparcels. His role in new development also included project management and numerous 3rd party leasing assignments. In 2004, Ryan was promoted to his current role and is responsible for a portfolio of existing shopping centers, 3rd party assignments and projects under development totaling over of 4.6 million square feet. He has eight years experience in the shopping center industry. Ryan began his real estate career in residential sales with Dalzell Realtors in Abilene, Texas.
