Professional Experience
As Director of Property Management, Laura Griffin is responsible for effectively managing the Property Operations team to achieve optimum operational and financial achievement. This includes responsibility for third party contract services as well. Laura began her career in San Antonio, Texas where she worked in various areas of single family, multifamily real estate as well as working for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in asset management and dispositions. Currently she manages a retail portfolio of nine properties in Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC, Hilton Head Island, SC and Mt. Juliet, TN. also including a Historic office/retail building uptown Charlotte totaling approximately 1,509,874 square feet. She has over 15 years experience in the shopping center industry.
