Professional Experience
As Senior Vice President, Tim focuses on identifying new business opportunities for the retail division. With an emphasis on Nashville and Coastal Carolina territories, Tim will further Crosland’s geographic expansion throughout the Southeast as a lead developer. A 20-year industry veteran, Sittema most recently served as president for Sittema Properties, Inc., in Colorado. He specialized in retail development projects in the Rocky Mountain states including assemblage projects for large format retailers such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, Wal-Mart and several other anchor tenants. Previously he was a managing partner for Sittema-Bullock Realty Partners and marketing principal for Trammell Crow Company.
